Practice Coordinator
We’re looking for a Practice Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our people, culture, and day-to-day operations.
About the Role
You’ll sit at the intersection of recruitment, HR coordination, and practice operations, helping us attract great talent, support our team, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Talent & Recruitment
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising roles across platforms
Build and maintain relationships with universities and high schools, including careers advisors
Coordinate careers events, representing the firm and promoting opportunities
Lead and support the cadetship program, including promotion, coordination, and engagement
HR Coordination
Process and manage staff leave requests, ensuring accurate record-keeping
Coordinate performance review cycles, including preparation of materials and analysis of results
Organise training sessions and development initiatives
Maintain and update training resources and materials
Practice Administration
Maintain and update internal forms and documentation on the firm’s intranet
Coordinate culture initiatives, including team events and staff celebrations
Support financial administration, including:
Monthly credit card reconciliations
Petty cash management
Disbursement processing
Assist with invoice preparation
Manage debtors and accounts receivable processes
Shared Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls
Assist with kitchen and general office organisation
Coordinate catering and event setup for meetings and social events
